1st Annual Weekend Tahoe Trip (Archived)

Join fellow Dynamaniacs as we hit the town in South Lake Tahoe! This 1st annual ski/snow trip is bound to be an epic one, guaranteed to have a little something for everyone. We've arranged for a private* chartered bus leaving on Friday afternoon and returning Sunday evening. We'll be greeted with a wine tasting event, free for DynamicSSC members upon check in at the hotel. Plus each person will receive 2 free drink tickets at the hotel bar, good any time throughout the weekend. South Lake Tahoe casinos are a short cab ride away AND DynamicSSC will have VIP access to Mont Bleu's Opal Ultra Lounge both Friday and Saturday nights, before 11pm. Check out the itinerary below.

Cost

• $289 per person based on Double Occupancy Rooms (2 full size beds) **subject to increase after 2/1
• $249 per person based on Quad Occupancy Rooms (2 queen size beds) **subject to increase after 2/1
• Rates subject to increase after 2/1 so don't delay!

$100 deposit to be paid upon registration before 1/15/15. The deposit will hold your spot and the remaining balance must be paid by 2/15/15. Lift Tickets (for those who want to ski/snowboard) for Heavenly Ski Resort will be $88 each and can be purchased in Tahoe.

*Please note, the ski bus will be private if we reach 50 participants, if not, empty seats may be supplemented by the charter company with non-Dynamic people.

Friday

• Depart the Bay Area at 1pm (bus pick up location TBD)
• Arrive at 968 Park Hotel in South Lake Tahoe
• Join the free wine tasting event

Saturday

• Ski (discounted Heavenly lift tickets available)
• Hang

• Depart at 5pm

*Skiing/snowboarding optional, you may choose to spend the day however you like. Some DynamicSSC group activities may be organized, TBD.
